I created design templates and writing guidelines to support the launch of SkipTheDishes eGift cards on the Blackhawk e-gift card platform, ensuring brand consistency and a seamless user experience.
Successfully relaunched organic social channels after about a year of inactivity. I worked closely within the organic social team to establish a cohesive brand tone, voice, and visual identity across Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok. We developed platform-specific strategies and a content creation workflow to ensure consistent, high-quality posts. These initiatives led to a substantial increase in organic impressions and grew the Instagram audience to over 73K followers.
I contributed to the follow-up campaign to Skip Playoff Pants, the Skip Gametime Tarps campaign. This included producing television spots featuring Leon Draisaitl and Marie-Philip Poulin, which aired during the NHL playoffs. Additionally, we developed social media content and captured marketing assets during the production shoot to support the campaign’s multi-channel rollout.
A significant portion of my daily work involved collaborating on campaigns with SkipTheDishes' various partners. Above are examples of in-app marketing tiles I contributed to, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
